Like a few above said, I would use a mini-ex. It will definitely be the quickest. It will also do a lot less damage to the grass than a dingo, since the mini will have more reach and not need to be repositioned as many times. If Dingo is the only option I would cut a lot of the shrub back, then use forks on it to dig down around the roots. Depending on how those roots are the forks might be able to pop the plants up and out of the holes. The issue with a dingo is that you are going to be repositioning it a lot and will tear up that turf.
