I am located in the NorthEast, where everything is on top of everything else. Just about each town has it's own repair shop, no lie. These are full service shops and dealers. So, every mile or two down the road, there is a repair shop, no matter which way you turn. Landscaping is a big business, what with all of the housing development that goes on here. NO parcels of land are safe from the eyes of the developers. They will stop at nothing to develop the land, residentially. The housing costs are real steep, the owner doesn't have the time, for he is too busy working to pay for it all, the landscaper is called for the maintenace, and any breakdowns are handled at the various shops, because the lco is too busy to try and stop to repair it himself. It's the never-ending circle.
