Rain, rain where are you?

Sitting on my deck, drinking a beer. This would be great if it is winter here in chicago; but its July. Anybody else feel a little depressed about lack of rain? Any suggestions on what to do during stretches like this?

It rained buckets on me today. More again tomorrow and on Friday. I have a lot of customers that do not like to have their wet lawns mowed. Had 3 today that did not want it done! Oh for a couple of sunny days in a row!

All the friggin rain is down here on my head in NC. The last 18 days it has rained!! Now we have tropical depression Cindy breathing down our necks tonight and tommorrow. I thought I had a good pre-m program for this year but then the floods have come. You wanna come down here and help me spray and pull some weeds?

Mowing wet grass does stink, but when you are mowing about 25% of your lawns over the past few weeks, you would gladly deal with some wet mowing conditions. As dry as we are here, it is hard to be sympathetic to those with too much rain. No rain in forcast for over a week to boot!

Come, let us trade:
Each full day of rain you send me, I send you ONE full day of 90+ degree sunshine.
