Snapper Joystick

How difficult is it to adapt to the Snapper joystick on the 25 hp Kohler Turf Cruiser? Not having any experience with dual handle ztrs is the learning curve the same? Are there problems with straight lines or skinning bark on trees? Thanks again to this forum for its help, Burlap

I had 2 of them years ago. They don't do well on hills. and very slow after using the eXmark mowers.

The new units run 10 mph just like the twin stick units. I think with the joystick its not as easy to tear the grass when turning but they probibly aren't as good on hills as the twin stick units.

Get a Grasshopper

Save yourself the hassle and get a Grasshopper. They last longer than snappers and exmarks put together. Their dual lever steering is nice and smooth, takes no time at all to get used to.
