$1000 Suspension Seat...NO WAY!!!

My friend wanted a suspension seat for his Walker mower and found that Walker wanted over $1000 for the factory seat. He said "NO WAY" and bought a used Hustler suspension seat from our local dealer for $200. He say's it's the best money he ever spent.

I have them on my John Deere 595 and 495's also --- They are the best investment I made. My back is not a problem anymore, even after 10 hr days.

I think I read or saw that a company in Michigan makes them.

BTW - John Deere wants $500

Did he get the seat interlock to work....I would like a new seat but I discovered that a seat interlock is pretty important on these darn unit since it is easy to hit those controls in getting off and if the break isn't on...
