ExMark Metro 48" 15KAI

Homeowner - I'm looking at an ExMark Metro (Gear) 48" 15hp KAI with only 60 hours of homeowner use. The guy bought it April 2008 new for $3,300. Selling for $2,100 or best offer. What do you think?

Not worried about missing a great deal. There are hundreds on Craig's List and Ebay. No need to pay full retail IMO.

Verify (somehow) that the owner changed the critical break-in oil & oil filter at the recommended ~8 hours of use...otherwise the engine may very well have a compromised lifespan.
