Need help w/ fertilizer

I'm bidding a job, average residential lot (1/3 acre), and they are insisting on having a fert program with the lawn mowing. I'm not knowledgable with ferts and I normally don't do it or sub out the treatments, but they want it done by the same person. In this economy I can't afford to pass up work. Any recommendations on what I should use and how many times and charge for just the fertilizer apps. The grass is healthy and green despite the lack of rain here.

Thank you

check to see what types of license you need apply pesticides and fertilizers in your area. other wise you could be subject to some pretty heafty fines.

Check out some university websites in your area. There is a lot of good free info on these sights that can help you out.

I could give you some links to Miss State, U of Georgia, or NC State but it wouldn't do you much good.

A reputable lawn fertilizer salesperson can help you also.
