How about a separate board for "what to bid"and "whats this mower worth"?

There is so many threads lately about "what to bid" or need help with bidding this property, also many about whats this mower worth? Plus, it will just get worse since spring is almost here! I think a separate board for these would work great, and maybe it should be a requirement to post a picture of the property in order to get a bid. Just an idea.
