Tanaka ecv 5601 chainsaw

I am looking at buying a Tanaka ECV 5601. I have a few questions:

1. I have heard that this saw is made by Redmax, is that true?
2. What is the crankcase made out of: magnesium, aluminum, or plastic?
3. What is the max operating RPM?
