Looking to expand - Louisville, KY
Looking to expand my lawn care business in Louisville, Ky (specifically Crestwood, Oldham Co.) Anyone got any tips on how to expand or got jobs there looking to sell/get rid off? I'm fairly new to the lawn care business (about 3 yrs into it) and looking to go farther than I am at right now, any tips/info is appreciated. Thanks

One the biggest limitations of expansion is not having storage space .hydro tractor and small dump is almost necessary .The ability to finish grade ,seed apply chemicals,install beds and small hardscape projects.The ability to kill weeds,do lawn installs ,maintain mowing crew,snow /ice management may require you to hook up professional sales companies that offer training and financing .Winter courses maybe .The biggest limitations are knowing the cost of staying in business,ability to live with their means ,the fear of lawn chemicals and the space to expand .
