late season accounts

i am looking to put a few more accounts (res/commercial) into my week. do you have any tips that could help me do that. or any advice for getting the fall clean-up jobs? I'm still very new to the industry and still learning. thanks.

do you do any sort of referrl program, say they refer a neighbor and then they get some % or dollar amount off of there bill for that season?
