2011 grandstands

Toro's website states there are new changes/improvements coming to the 2011 Grandstands. Can you tell us what some of those may be. I will be looking closely at the 48 inch. Thank you!

Hi Going Commercial,

The primary change is that the forward speed control system is now an optional accessory versus standard equipment.

The Toro site says " The 2011 Grandstand raises the bar even higher with enhanced features and 3 new deck sizes. I am assuming the 3 new decks are the ones made for CA specs???

It does not make sense to have the forward speed control an option for 2011 rather than leaving as a standard feature. Can you tell me why Toro is doing this? I would also like to know if the price tag of a Grandstand without it will be lower than last year's models that it came standard on and what it will cost if you want the option?

No offense meant, but what are the enhanced features Toro is talking about?

Thank You!
