Homemade JD Collection Sys,

I 'm not going to pay 2800.00 for a collection system for my machine. I built this thing for less than 300.00 and a few evenings after work! this thing will pack the box tight to the top! with toggle switch dump from the seat!

Thats awesome. I was going to take my pos chipper and use it as a leaf loader. This might be what I do as well. I was going to use corrugated irrigation pipe for the tube. Looks good.

The cylinder is not hydraluic but an electric screw type in which the cylinder does several things ,It holds the hopper in the upright position wedged tight. When in the fully extended pos. When lowered it will pull the door linkage to open the door and then pinch it shut again when in the extended position.
