I just purchased a 37" Proline model 30166 and the deck belt that spans the 2 blades was missing. Can someone please provide the length of the outside diameter of the belt?

The part number of the belt you are seeking is 26-9671 BELT V. This is the Toro OEM belt and is tested for safe use of the mower. Toro will not provide belt specs as a non Toro belt used on the unit could cause an unsafe condition.
