1st apt. complex

i have been driving past these duplexes for weeks and the grass look like crap so i tracked down the owner talked to him and now i start mowing them next week but im not sure if i bid high enuf . The maintenance guy mows them for his hourly rate but he dos a $hity job so i felt that i had to bid low but im hoping i can get more apartments from the owner they own a lot in and near my area

If you dont have a contract and it doesn't go well, you can bail out or ask him for more..
