Disked ballfields, now what? PLEASE HELP!!!

Just took a disk to ballfields and was wondering what next step is? Our fields get overgrown with grass during off season and unable to do anything with fields as far as putting fertilizer or weed/grass killer cause fields are located on a water table. Please Help, thanks in advance

what do you mean when you say "disk"? Whats the current state of the infield?
