mis-typed price on estimate
ok, so I typed an estimate up last night and emailed it off to the guy I met with. Real nice facility, new building, lots of mulch, shrubs, etc. Anyways, I meant to write $165 for mowing, but accidentally typed $195 and never noticed until this morning (I typed it up and emailed it at 11:30PM last night in a rush to get it to them
). So what would you guys do? Ask to resubmit and admit to the mistake? Or just live with it and see what happens? Thanks, this has been driving me nuts all day ![]()

Be honest and tell him? Heck, what person in their right mind would care if you lowered the price? Second, the honesty will win you points.

x2 I'm sure he'll be real cool that the price is lower and the honesty will win you points as well.

Since its in his favor I'm sure he'll like that price better.

but the other side to that could be that they would question the other prices? They could say, 'are you sure about those?'

Honesty
Be honest, it may win you the bid even if you arent the lowest price. And who cares if he questions your other prices. Just let him know that you have double and triple checked everything else.
