Hiring Irrigation Tech - Lee County FL

Looking for an experienced irrigation tech for a commercial lawn maintenance company servicing residential communities and HOA's. Performs wet checks, does repairs, maintains programming on timers. Need to be self starter that can work independently. Experience with central site systems and pumps a real plus. Great environment and pay for the right person.

What is the going rate for a "really good tech" down in Florida?

Around here, we are paying $15.00 minimum for a good tech and up to $25.00 for a manager type.

Can't imagine wanting to get paid anything but salary in an area like that.
How many actual working days you got during a year out there?
