New Bobcat ZTR

So i currently run a 48 in snapper pro sw30, i've picked up a few accounts this year that would be a lot easier with a larger mower. i have demoed a snapper pro ztr, exmark, bobcat.
i was talking to the mechanic at the local store and he was saying that the pumps on the bobcats are less responsive than they use to be, i demoed it and didn't notice a different in any other brand, but my question is: has anyone else experienced this problem?
and how does the cut on bobcats compare?

I have never used a Bobcat but they are very popular in my area. I see mainly Scag, Toro then Bobcat in my neck of the woods.
