Weed help - Corn Speedwell

Veronica arvensis is out of control in my turf. None of the broadleaf controls available over-the-counter to homeowners like weed-b-gone, etc offer any control of this nuisance. I'm guessing that my only course of action at this point is to hire a local licensed applicator but I would like suggestions as to which controls would work so I can discuss it with them and know that the chemicals they recommend will be good ones. Thanks.

You do know the part about "actively growing", in regards to application , correct??

That is often a reason for failure with herbicide usage...
