How about a spell check first?
i saw this today and wondered how anyone could be having difficulty getting work-

Damn, and people say that Arkansas is full of retrofools. I detest the stereotypes!

I have seen where people intentionally misspell words to draw attention and often they obtain a call from the bad grammar. I am serious as a heart attack!! I have seen it readily in grocery stores.
I can't help but not lower my standards to seek out illiterate and ignorant customers.
