What should you ask a Landscape Company?

What are the the most important questions to ask a Landscape Services Company before making an agreement with them?

What services do you provide?, and do not provide?. Do you carry all license, insurance to work at my location?, what are your terms for payment and what forms of payment do you accept?, are your employees permitted to presently work for you on my property according to state and federal immigration laws?. The last question is really important for a number of reasons. When can you start and what are your terms for canceling service
with your company??.

Thanks! You mentioned a few that I had not thought of. Specifically, are your workers legally allowed to work. My workers are all legal, but in all the years I have been in business, I have only had one customer actually ask me. Most will just make an assumption.

Also, I can see that telling your customers what you don't do upfront can avoid allot of confusion in the long run.
