How do you fix rots ?
I was called over to a small property local here to take over maintenance and try and fix the front lawn from some bad rots the previous company left behind
I can measure how wide the mower they used was all you see is lines of yellow its nicely stripped though I must say ![]() will try to get pictures next time I am out there.

If you mean ruts, that would indicate depressions in the soil, as in wheel ruts... rots would be decaying and black... yellow streaks are most likely caused by running the mower over heat stressed turf and they eventually go away with water... if the damage isnt too severe...

You are probably seeing "Heat tracks". A common problem if grass is mowed when it is near the wilting point. Every wheel mark turns brown. But not in the shade.
Here are some pics http://whitelake.patch.com/articles/...nd-hot-weather Grass should recover after a couple weeks of good care. Not fungus. Not chemical. |

Well I don't know what to call it but its not depressed its just yellow lines, so I will leave it alone it should recover with water in a couple of weeks
