Working for another company
I have owned my own small mowing company for a few years now. As many of you know, it is hard to get your "foot in the door," know the ins and outs of the biz. and so on and so forth. Can anyone give some feedback on whether or not joining a big service here in town for a year and observing everything i can on what works, what doesnt, and how they do it so i can apply it to my own small business to make it bigger. I wouldnt be a bad or sneeky emplyee by any means, just trying to get more information out. Any feedback would be great.
