Be a little more specific. Single or double sided. Short reach or extended. Fixed or articulating?

500 clams for a single side ht does not qualify as best for the money. That's a heavy unit and most guys hate single sided.

They make double sided too. Thats actually what I have. They are built heavy but they last. 500 bucks is nothing if its gonna last.

I would suggest a combo tool. Better bang for the buck through versatility. I have Echo HC on the truck, but the guys always go for the PAS setup.

I have a 30" single sided kawasaki, its been with me around 8 years and still works.
I also have a double sided Sthil kombi attachment which is also a nice tool.
I also have a pait of old fasion "siccors" trimmer taht cost about 30$.

I would say fixed, double sided, short. I don't want anything big but I would like some power.
