Awesome Box Truck for sale!!!!
We have been using a box truck for the last 3 years and love it...however we have made some changes in our ride-on line up and it just doesn't fit our operation anymore.
The truck is an 03 and I bought it in 2008 with 44,000 miles (very clean). Bought it in Florida so it never had salt on it and it stays in the barn all winter here. It now has 65,000 miles. The truck holds up to 2 ton of fert, 300 gallons of water, and is set up with a with a hose reel. You can also haul two machines if you desire. Let me know if you want more details on it. I have quite a few pics listed under my profile and they are on page two. If you can't find them let me know and I will post them. You can't find these trucks naked for under $14,000. I bought this truck right and with the ramp, tanks and hose reel I am asking $13000. Last edited by rcreech; 10-03-2012 at 08:26 AM. |

Small slice seeders/aerators load awesome!!!! Ground Logics - Load ok but don't have enough traction when empty. We are using smaller ride-on's now and it just doesn't fit out newest business model. The biggest issue is when we are seeding because the box truck sits. I would rather go back to a pickup with an enclosed trailer so we can unhook and pull a trailer when seeding. Thing is a sweet ride!!! |

Rod, I love the box truck set up. I am really considering a similar set up, but trying to figure out whether I want a box truck or enclosed trailer. I currently run the LT Rich Z-max and Lawn Solutions Ride on Aerator. Both have pros/cons. I'd love to hear why you are switching back to a trailer.

I kind of stated earlier but I will explain. We do a lot of seeding and therefore we like to switch our trucks from fertilizing to seeding trucks. All we do is take the rack off the back and hook up a trailer. So the truck has two purposes. Now that we have grown our seeding, renovation and aeration business so much sometimes the box truck sits because we can't pull a trailer with it. So I am looking for a multipurpose truck so one isn't sitting (box truck). I am not sure I will even go with an enclosed trailer. If we need 2-3 machines I can always put them on one of my open trailers. Our business has changed over the last 2 years and we just don't use it as much. I got it to haul Z Sprays but now I only have one as we are running all Ground Logics now. They are much smaller and I don't need this huge truck. The truck really is awesome! |
