Tire question
I have a toro 60" one of the rear tires is bulging on the sidewall only in one spot any idea what it could be? I have not put any air in or taken any air out of the tire, I can't figure out why it would do that.

Doesnt really matter. Time to get a new tire.

Likely a cord break or sidewall separation but as Pugs says, it's time for a new tire--possibly two if there is little tread left.

Like Dutch and Pugs said...Time to replace the tire...
I know you dont understand what happened to the tire...me neither...I havent even seen it. You have 2 choices...replace it ....or ride it till it blows...

A bad impact with a big rock or a big pothole could cause the sidewall to breakdown
