Soil analysis help
We did a soil sample on a clients yard, any help and/or recommendations w/ what it needs is greatly appreciated!
Turf is Tall Fescue, Zone 7 (VA). ![]()

It appears you don't need phosphorus, or potassium. So...you fert of choice would be a sulfur coated or poly coated urea product. Methylene urea is also excellent. An organic waste product would also work fine--but would add too much phosphorus.
Your soil is slightly acid--not a big concern. Your main problems will be the hot weather--and--the accompanying drought, crabgrass and weeds. In some cases fungus will be a major problem. Is this fescue? Bermuda? Varies? |

What depth was the sample taken?
Did you tell the lab the depth? I would add some gypsum since ca is 62% bs and ph is a little high
