Log-in Constantly Reset

For the past month or so about every 3th time I come to lawn site I have to put in login and password. Any ideas why that might be happening?

Is your browser set to dump history and cookies every 3 days? That could cause it. Or an antivirus program that is doing that unexpectedly.

i don't know how to check that but I didn't change recently.

If you havent messed with it it should not be a problem then.
The easiest thing I would know to try would be go to your browsers settings then cookies and clear cookies. You will have to login again to any place you have to login but there may be a corrupted cookie on your machine and this would get rid of it. Worth a try anyway.

Mine is doing the same thing. Only when I go to lawnsite, all other sites still work properly.

I think it is a lawnsite thing also. I can log in then off and then back in and my logon is gone.

if you do not logout of the site then you should be fine...when you login, are you making sure the "remember me" box is checked? if so and you are not logging out, then you should be fine as we did not change any of the settings on our end

I'll have ti admit I don't know how to log out and haven't in 9 years. I hit
the x button up in the right corner Something changed on your end but that is okay ......I just hit the x then tried to come back in and password gone. So how do I log out.

I put a dumb answer to your advise....I never log out. I just hit the x in the top right corner.

in the green toolbar near the top of the site there is a "logout" link and also at the very bottom right hand side of the site there is a logout link
