Billy Goat 16HP Leaf Loader question
So I'm new to this whole Leaf Loader world and i can tell I'm doing something wrong because it feels like these clean ups are taking way longer then the old tarp method.
As some of you know i won this 16hp loader at a auction and it came with that black landscaping french drain hose (i think its 5" hose) and its like 15' long... In your guys opinion is a shorter hose better then longer?

whats the make and how old is it. 5 in is small. I have a BG 16 hp and it as a 10 in hose with 12 ft hose. and it will pull pretty good.

10 years old billy goat hrt1600 it's got great sucking power
just not getting jobs done as fast as i thought it would

how big is the opening on the intake of the loader the hose should be the female hose should slide over that and get band clamped.

a bigger hose wouuld solve part of your problem...mine is either 8 or 10" i cant remember off th top of my head and that still gets clogged so i cant imagine using a 5'' hose
