Br600 DEAD AT 7 HOURS?

I've been a die hard stihl fan for 7 years and i go in to buy a br600, 7 hours later it won't start? I'm pretty sure i dropped a valve cuz when I pulled the string something was moving around in there. Now it wont move at all.

It's still under warranty so ill have my dealer look at it. Am I alone on this?

I have 2 stihl backpacks and every year I have a starting issue. Nothing has broke yet but I had clogged filter screens, gas in the muffler, and just random nonsense.

The shindy after 3 years needed a carb kit.

The redmax after 5 years is in the shop right now for a no start issue.

I havent had a problems with the others besides what is mentioned but the stihls have a issue once or twice a year. There not junk like echo but are high in maintenance.

Hartville Hardware

I was actually 3 minutes from bairs when it crapped out. To bad I didn't buy it from them, could have had it replaced within 15 minutes.

That's why I pronounce it "still" instead of "steel" Seems like what they do best is sit still.

For all of you that use the BR 600, Why does this unit sound like it runs erratic.?
The unit sounds as if it has no power and makes a lot of noise.
I still run Stihl units but not blowers. I approve of the Echo 755 series.
