What is this Snapper might not be making the pro 21 with the briggs in 2013?

A couple of months ago I asked the dealer about a 21 highvac comerical with a kawasaki engine, he said since Brigs%Stratton they dont offer kawasaki and a few were left with Honda engines. I guess all good things eventually come to an end.
