Has CLL gone out out of business?

Don't want to start any rumors, but a friend of mine in So Cal (who prepaid an order with them and is worried) says California Landscape Lighting doesn't answer their phone and their website is down (404 message.)

He is now seeking remedy through his credit card issuer. Just wondering if anyone can confirm or refute... is CLL still in business?
