d30 problem
I replaced diaphragms before my last round and it started to leak from the casing where you take the four bolts out. the oil is clean no h20. any ideas afraid I'm going to forget to check oil and burn it up.

Leaking oil is not good, can you put up a picture of where its leaking? I would pull it back apart and make sure you seated the seals correctly and if the diaphragm is good put it back together..

I dunno how your pump is mounted, but I can pull that d30 apart and rebuild it fairly quickly.. Just make sure all the diaphrams are seated correctly..

Take it apart again--probably the diaphragm is not seated properly in the grooves, as suggested by Turfwerks. Clean the groove thoroughly. Rotate to pump to pull the diaphragm into the grooves...then hammer it into the groove with a small rubber hammer...just to be sure. Did you mean you were leaking oil or water? It is sometimes possible to install the diaphragm upside down--or--I mean, inside out
