hmmmm....kbb has it valued a little over 9k while autotrader listings go all the way up to 17k or so...maybe it is worth more than 10 but i think 15 is a stretch, gotta start somewhere tho

I got rid of my '02 cummins a year ago and used truck prices were high then. It was worth between $9000 and $10,000. Good luck with the sale.

kbb is low on cummins trucks - excellent condition 1st gens have been hitting 15-16k. 2nd gens have been hitting upper teens. 3rd gen pre-6.7 trucks have been selling high as well. The wheels on this truck suggest that it's a 2001.5 model with four wheel disc brakes - that means a lot to dodge diesel guys and should offset the miles being over 150,000. I would expect it to go for around 12.5k with a good deal for both sides assuming the front end is tight, trans is good, and vp44 isn't on it's way out. 98.5-02 model years seem to get the best fuel economy too - low 20's easily on the highway and pushing 25mpg if you grandpa them along at 55mpg and have good gears.
