Thinking of a new name

I found out the name I picked for my mowing business last year was copyrighted and I had to quit using it. No big deal, the guy worked hard to get it copyrighted and I respect that. I should of Googled it first to see if it was taken, but I never thought nothing of it. Now I need to come up with a new name and I am puzzled. How did you entrepreneur's come up with your name, did someone else help you or did you think of it yourself? Any Advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
