pulling a Dingo

I have a Toro Dingo 420 (on tracks) that won't start. The battery is fine, as its cranking strong. Have already changed the air & fuel filters & spark plugs. I'm suspecting a clogged fuel line, as there was no gas in the old fuel filter & lines when I disconnected it. I suppose my next step is to syphon out the gas tank.
It's in a tight spot, so if the syphoning doesn't help I'm considering pulling it out with a chain and maybe onto a trailer to take in to the repair center. Is that even possible or will it be damaged by pulling?
Any other ideas?

You gotta back off on the hydro pumps bypass valves. One on each pump.
The owners manual will give ya the details.
