Need help with this bid

i was excited to get an email this guy is still accepting bids. could fix my lost customer issue.

i took a video, the hill you see at first does not get mowed, and i did a 2nd circle around to show the inside islands. i estimate 1.5 to 2.5 hours. i usulay underestimate so probably closer to 2 to 2.5 hours. he wants a quality blowing job.

Does anything need mowing towards the top or behind the building?

I am not sure what you mean by towards the top. but im not sure about the back. im thinking 2 or so strips behind if anything. so would be an added few minutes at most.

When you open the link, towards the top of the page. You really should find out. It could be none or all which will play a role in your bid

Ill be confirming with them tomorow. but im pretty sure its only a few strips back from the pavement. the rest is owned by the property behind.
