Keeping track of mowing crew expenses.

Has anyone got a good route form that helps with this? I've created a form that I write the daily route down on. I also keep track of ....

Truck milage beginning and end of day
Mower hours for day
Job start and stop times

I then have a "notes" section to leave cutting heights and things to pay special attention to.

Am I leaving anything out?

Equipment issues, property damage, purchases.

Its amazing when I mow with them I find a trimmer not running right and nobody uses it. I always say if I don't know its broke how can I fix it.

The purchase portion let's me know how many reciepts they should have and match them up.

Property damage is a phone call to me automatically. But I have them write it down to remind me at the end of the day.
