What is it?

I'm guessing an old splitter/ add a zone... Or a moisture unit control?

It's an old system.. The dude rented a pro 700 to locate his valves.. He kept telling me he was EFing amazed that I was able to locate all the valves for him. lol

I had wayyy bigger fish to fry on the first time commerical property rather then see what this is .
