Think about buying an Echo PB 770 T?

Opinions? How does it compare to the stihl or others. Redmax is a little out of my price range.

Great blower. Lots of power and the air is drawn from off your back so it cools your down on these hot days. Me and my cousin, when we work together will race to the truck to use the blower.

The husqvarna 580 is the same as the redmax 8500 but with a better harness. Pantano equipment, a sponsor here has them on ebay for $499.99 with free shipping.

Only had my 770T for 3 months,so far all is well & happy with it.
Another poster warned about where u make your purchase because of the warranty, in his case he purchased on line from a sponsor dealer and the manufacture would not honor his warranty claim.Research to make sure, ask the manufacture also.

They can't deny a warranty because of where it was purchased.

I should've said, they can't deny you a warranty as long it was purchased from an authorized dealer. Nor would they choose to. Your warranting dealer may not like it being purchased online, however, the manufacturer provides the warranty. If the local dealer offers me a price of an online dealer, or at least a close price, I would be happy to give them my business.

The warranty is worthless anyway......ever take one in on warranty and come out with no charge? They always charge $70...Oh if coil is bad they replace it.

I bought the 770T last year and run it every day. Up to this point it has not had one flaw. Prime it and starts on first pull. Never thought I'd spend that much money on a blower but it was well worth it especially during the fall cleanup. Going to buy another one for my help this month.

Advice for Echo Trimmer: PAS 225 vs PAS 230

Which Echo trimmer should I buy: PAS 225 or PAS 230?. Which trimmer (speed feed, rapid-loader, or pro-torque) should I buy? I also want to buy the shaft edger, either the curved or straight shaft. Which shaft is better. I will be using for 1 acre lawn. Any advice will be great. Thanks
