Skid steer mower

Need one. Machine only makes about 19 gpm so looking for a decent low priced unit.

Rootgrapple.com we bought there 60 extreme brush cutter i want to say we paid 3500 for it. Beats the brush at from bobcat they wanted 10000 for it.

That's the one I am leaning towards. Why a 60 and not a 72?

I've found a couple I am interested in but I am also torn on 60 versus 72..

19 gpm at at least 3000 psi will do fine. Lighter the better. I like the bobcat brushcats but they are heavy. I like the roller wheel and the float linkage but it's not 100% necessary and adds significantly to the weight. My davco never had that stuff and worked fine and was a lot lighter but it was high flow. Look for a used ammbusher. There were a lot of those made a few years back.

More deck requires more power. You would definitely notice the deference in think brush or heavy grass

I would suggest 60" as well. Wider can bog down. 60" was all that was around for a long time for low flow machines and did a good job. A lot will depend on psi and type of motor in the mower.
