EXMARK Blades

What blades do you you all run? I have a 2011 Exmark X-Series. I have been running the stock Exmark blades. They seem really good for the first couple of lawns then fall off. Is there a better blade or something i can do. I do bag by the way.

That is my issue. I don't like the fact that that they require sharpening so often. My SCAG blades do not require that kind of care and fall off cutting wise.

I could run for 30 hours on a set but id rather sharpen every night for a perfect cut every time. It takes about 15 minutes to do a mower

I dont get 15 hours on my Exmark before I see fall off. I get at least 30-50Hrs on my SCAG blades. Is everyone just running the exmark blades and sharpening?

As I lay here I bed, half asleep, I had a thought... has anyone hard faced a blade and tried it? we used to hard face dozer blades, excavator buckets, etc when I was I heavy equipment, and.can't see why it wouldn't work on a mower blade. what am I missing?
