Fresh flower business?

Looking at adding this to our nursery business. Yes this is new to us....where to begin? Any thoughts or help would be great.

Elaborate please. You want to do fresh flowers as floral arrangements, only sell flowers in bloom, or plant new flowers for clients as the seasons change?

I've never wanted mashed potatoes as much as I do now.

exactly that - fresh flowers for people. Ppl come in for funerals, weddings, gifts, etc. Obviously I need to get a grower person to ship in flowers but were looking at this point. I need info for those that are in it or have done it. I realize you need a cooler etc.
