Mowing at 30F or 100F

After one hour this morning I will take 100F. Even with double pair of cotton gloves and a towel my fingars were freezing. I had to stop and warm them on muffler then they hurt like heck. Eventually I had to make a glove change and that did the trick. I had two coats on and long johns. The wind was blowing out of the north

30? 30?? Well, at least you had something to mow, right? Yeah, I'm jealous!

It was -6 here this AM...with a high of 9 yesterday. If you think that's cold, I'll let the boys up North share their "significant shrinkage" temps if they want.

And yeah, I like it HOT btw. Beats the snot out of cold.

I've noticed that for every year I age, my minimum comfort temperature goes up about another degree. I'm up to about 62 degrees now.

Same here.

Seems the northern and Midwestern guys handle the cold better but the southerners do better during the hot summers.

HaHa, I agree! I use to be fine with the cold but now at 44 I cant take it any more. A warm weather relocation is in my future!

Try adding another 20 years! I can surely take the heat better now than the cold.

Grateful to live in Tennessee.
