How to deal with low ballers.

How does everyone deal with lowballers? It seems there are a lot of them around where I live, or I'm charging too high idk.

Every body is a lowballer You may think one guy is one, then a bigger company may think you are.
Some think I'm one and I know I am one as long its next to one of my accounts and I know there extra work I'll low ball on the mowing to get the extra work. The extra work will make up the low mowing price

You can't really call someone a lowballer without knowing their cost of doing business.

If an LCO has become established in a neighborhood over the years, then he has certainly raised his prices during this time.
Enter the lowballer...and if your established customers switch over...then the mood changes.
They save $5+/mowing x #mowing's/season ="X".
THEN, you find out if your level of service means "X" to your 'loyal' customers.

Bottom line:
Customers come and go. LCOs come and go.
Lowballers come and mostly go.

You deal with it by giving the customer a reason to pay you more.
