Commercial account in Flint area

I currently have an account for O'Tooles resturant off of Miller road that im looking to have another LCO take over. I just started this year and took the account figuring I could get other accounts in the area. Things didn't work out as planned and I'm finding it a bit difficult, as well as costing me to keep up this job. Anyone in the area intrested?
