disposing of granular pests

how do i dispose of leftover weed n feed, or merit, or other granular products?

Check with your city to see if they have a hazardous waste pickup. Most towns do.

In Pa. they have a service that will dispose of unwanted pesticides for free. Contact a penn state extension service or see if NJ offers the same.

A local trade association I belong to arranges it with the DEC once or twice a year. It's not bad, and no questions asked.

Use them as they are to be used, spread on turf. If the material is clumby get someone with a Vicon Spreader, it will spread it.
