commerical accounts

I want to increase my commerical business. I know everyone had to have someone cut for them last year, is it o.k. to go from business to business and try and get them or just advertise in paper?

It is OK but here you would be wasting your time. They will call if they want a bid from you.

the best thing to do is go door to door and present a brochure to the manager, not the secretary, the manager. Also perhaps schedule up an appointment to meet with them first to talk about perhaps maintaining the property
