ANOTHER what would you charge question

I've got to submit a bid to sow fine blade fescue on about 4 acres with some decent slopes. It has weeds now. I planned to kill the weeds, till, light grading, amendment and sowing. Yes I know its late for this. They do have irrigation. Any suggestions on ballpark for this (i've done small lawns so far).

Also, whats the best grass fine blade fescue for this application, and is there an alternative to straw??? I saw a lco using a 3pt hitch straw spreader that looked fairly effecient. I will be doing this work with a kubota 7800 30 hp.

Matthew
